By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on the Site. Please read these Terms carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Eligibility to Purchase
To place an order on Jonesroadbeauty, you must:

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

Jonesroadbeauty offers a 60-day return policy for most products. To be eligible for a return:

5.3 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different shade or size), please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only for products that meet the return eligibility criteria in Section 5.1. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s):
- If the product is in eligible condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspecting the return.
- If the product is used, damaged, or not in its original packaging, we may reject the return and not issue a refund, or we may deduct a restocking fee (up to 20% of the product price) from the refund amount.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider—credit card refunds typically take 3–7 business days to process, while PayPal refunds may take 1–5 business days. We are not responsible for delays in refund processing caused by your payment provider.
